•Account Analysis Report is required in addition to any of the following:
•Emails approving a charge or providing an Account Number
•Meeting Minutes
•Invoices and Receipts
•Internal forms
•External system reports
•Detailed description of what the entry is trying to accomplish
Expenses cannot be verified prior to them being posted. For this reason, please wait until you have received your Account Analysis Report which shows all charges to accounts.
The Account Analysis Report is required for all Journal Entries as it outlines all transactions and balances which are associated to the correct accounts. This provides support that there is sufficient funds available and that any charges have been linked to the correct accounts.
If you currently do not receive the Account Analysis Report, please contact your Budget Analyst and they will be able to schedule the reports to be sent to you monthly.
