Can Outlook load images automatically for selected senders?

Outlook has a security feature which by default is configured not to load any embedded images in HTML e-mail messages received from outside of Office 365 domain.

Adding Senders to Safe Senders List

In order to add a particular sender to the list of Safe Senders so that images from that sender will start loading automatically:

  1. Open the e-mail message that does did not load images automatically.
     
  2. Right-click on the blue ribbon area below the subject line where it says "Click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy...."
     
  3. Select Add sender to Safe Senders List form the pop-up menu, as shown below:


     

Editing Safe Senders List

You can also add addresses and domains by editing your Safe Senders List directly:

  1. Click on the Junk icon in the "Delete" section on the menu ribbon, and select Junk Mail Options. This will bring up a dialogue box.


     
  2. Click on Safe Senders tab.
     
  3. Click on Add button.
     
  4. Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain to be added to the list. For example: @pmi.org
     
  5. Click OK, then OK again.
