Outlook has a security feature which by default is configured not to load any embedded images in HTML e-mail messages received from outside of Office 365 domain.

Adding Senders to Safe Senders List
In order to load images automatically for selected senders, you will need to add that particular sender to the list of Safe Senders in Outlook.
Classic Outlook
- Open the e-mail message that does did not load images automatically.
- Right-click on the blue ribbon area below the subject line where it says "Click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy...."
- Select Add sender to Safe Senders List form the pop-up menu, as shown below:

New Outlook and Outlook Web App
- Locate the e-mail message that does not load images automatically in your list of received e-mails
- Right-click on the e-mail in the list and select Block > Never block sender:

- Click the blue OK button to confirm
Editing Safe Senders List
You can also add addresses and domains by editing your Safe Senders List directly.
Classic Outlook
- Click on the Junk icon in the "Delete" section on the menu ribbon, and select Junk Mail Options. This will bring up a dialogue box.

- Click on Safe Senders tab.
- Click on Add button.
- Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain to be added to the list. For example: @pmi.org
- Click OK, then OK again.
New Outlook and Outlook Web App
- Click on the Settings icon in the top right hand corner and select the Mail tab
- Select Junk email
- Scroll down to the section labelled Senders and click on the Add safe sender button:

- Follow the prompts to enter an email address and click OK
