Known Issue: "Account already exists" error message while adding shared mailbox in Outlook for Mac

When adding a new shared mailbox to Outlook for Mac after you have been given access to it, you may be seeing "Account already exists" error message.

This issue is currently under investigation by Microsoft and appears to be caused by a bug in the new version of Outlook. As a workaround, disable the "New Outlook" interface. On the Outlook title bar (in the top right) set the "New Outlook" switch to the Off position.
