What is Shifts?

Shifts is a schedule management tool found in Teams that allows Teams’ owners to create, update, and manage staff schedules. For example, Shifts can be used to schedule front-line service workers. Teams’ owners can assign schedules and ensure adequate coverage. 

Teams’ owners can also view weekly, or monthly schedules, share documents with team members and can approve team member shift swaps.
