Known Issue: Error "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in"

Sometimes the following error message comes up when you are trying to sign in with your Microsoft school or work account: "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in. AADSTS90014: The required field 'request' is missing from the credential (...)"

This issue usually happens when your computer's clock is correct, but your time zone is not. Please double-check your computer time zone settings to make sure it is configured with the correct time zone for the area that you're in.
