Outstanding Scholars Workflow: New Project Proposal for Faculty Members

Creating a New Project Proposal

As a faculty member, you may submit new project proposals for the Outstanding Scholars program through the Outstanding Scholars SharePoint site. Your credentials for this site are the same as for your email address.

On the home page, you will see the Submit a Project Proposal button. Clicking this will bring you to a form where details of the project may be entered.

After hitting Save at the bottom of this form, your proposal is sent to the Department Head that was entered in the "Head_Director_of_D_S" field on this page. Once approved, it is sent to the Outstanding Scholars coordinator for final approval.

The project is then automatically made visible to students who select Click to view Available Projects from the Outstanding Scholars SharePoint home page.
