Logging In For the First Time

Logging in is easy!  You can do this either on Campus or remotely.  If you are on Campus, simply pick up the phone and dial 7777; this will prompt you to finish logging in with your password as shown below.

If you are logging in remotely, dial the University phone number 519-253-3000 and dial 7777, you will then be able to listen to your message by following the steps below.

If you have a "Message key"

1. Press Message key.
2. At the “Password” prompt, enter your temporary password (add “5” before your ext. #, e.g. 54000) and #.

You will be prompted to change your password.

NOTE:Your password must be a minimum of 5 characters in length

1. Enter your new password followed by #.
2. Re-enter your new password, followed by #.
3. Press 83 to log out or press 4 to return to Main Menu.
