How to record your personal verification on your voice mail system (name and ext.)?

The personal verification message should be recorded by you when you first start using your new extension. Follow these instructions:

  • Log in.
  • Press 829 for Personal Verification.
  • Press 5 to record.
  • Press # to end recording.
  • Press 83 to log out or press 4 to return to Main Menu.
