How to share access to UWin Files storage

Access to your UWin Files site may be extended to any UWin Account: faculty collaborator, research assistant, graduate student, etc. Note: you can share only the entire folder; you may not specify individual files to share. 

To share access to a UWin Files account: 

  1. Go to “Service - UWin Files” 

  1. Click on the “Open Ticket” button at right 

  1. Under “Request Type,” select “Other” 

  1. List individual UWin accounts you wish to access your UWin Files 

  1. Complete the form and Submit
