Safe Lancer app (UWindsor Alert) is the official mobile safety app of the University of Windsor and an essential tool to enhance your safety at University of Windsor. The app will send you important safety alerts and provide instant access to campus safety resources. It also allows each visitor to campus to perform COVID-19 screening self-assessment and generates the QR code that is needed to safely check-in to each building on campus using the Safe Lancer Check-in kiosks installed at each building entrance.

To request assistance with any Safe Lancer app or kiosk related issues, please click Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
