YuJa is a robust video enterprise platform that the University of Windsor has licensed for all campus users as of May 2021. It replaced the uView video streaming system which is being retired in 2022.

Requesting Assistance
If you need support for a YuJa question, visit support.yuja.com. Hours for live support are 9 AM to 9 PM. There are also 24/7 submit tickets or online self-help options for YuJa on the vendor website.
If you have a local question that you are having difficulty with, e.g. a UWindsor login issue, or a Blackboard integration issue, please click on the Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
