Simplicity Advocate

Simplicity Advocate is our electronic case management application that conducts the entire case management process from the initial submission of the case through generating letters, booking meetings all the way to resolution. It is used by:

  • Office of Human Rights, Equity , and Accessibility (OHREA).
  • Student Academic Misconduct
  • Student Non-Academic Misconduct
  • Assessment Care team (ACT)

To request assistance with any Advocate Simplicity case management system related issues, please click Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
