Launched November 2018, UWinsite Student is the University of Windsor’s student information platform that replaced the legacy Student Information System commonly known on campus as SIS, Forte, or myUWindsor.ca. Used primarily by students, faculty and staff, UWinsite Student also serves applicants and alumni.
The Accessible Information Management (AIM) is an online application for students and faculty that provides a myriad of functions related to the Office of Disability Services, including processing accommodations requests and renewals, and scheduling and approving exams with the Testing Center.
The Graduate Admission Process is being upgraded. The Electronic Graduate Application System (eGAS) will be decommissioned on May 24, 2024, at 5 p.m. Starting May 27, applicants to graduate programs will use UWinsite Student to submit required documents and track the progress of their applications.
As part of the University of Windsor’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, UWinsite Engage is a marketing automation platform that enables sophisticated e-mail marketing, advanced segmentation, forms, event registration, and digital body language tracking. UWinsite Engage is designed to be used by the campus community to deliver relevant and timely communications to UWindsor’s constituents from their first contact with the University as prospective students through their ongoing engagement with their alma mater as proud alumni.

The My Attendance application supports the tracking of staff absences at the department level.

The UWinCARD is the University of Windsor photo identification card used by staff, faculty, and students. It is used to access the Toldo Lancer Centre as well as other doors on campus, the university meal plan.
UWinsite Finance is the University of Windsor’s financial information system. Do not open a ticket here if the issue is regarding student financials. Tickets for this should be submitted under UWinsite Student.

Delinea Platform is a set of cloud-based services that deliver PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions including storage and rotation of passwords, and remote access management to servers and Web portals.
Room / Resource Scheduling system used by Faculty of Law. Faculty/Staff can request to book rooms or equipment's within Faculty of Law.
StarRez is the University of Windsor's Residence application and information system. It is used to place students in residence and handle all their housing accommodations. It handles all residence billing and room scheduling and provides pertinent information to UWinsite and UWincard.

Animal Care Certification (ACC) Online module allows faculty/staff/students to take the test and get the certification.
Electronic Research Services Office (eRSO)
The Electronic Research Services Office software (eRSO) is being used by the Office of Research and Innovation Services (ORIS), Research Ethics Board (REB), Animal Care Committee (ACC), and Chemical Control Centre (CCC) to manage their daily work.
Inteum is used to manage research patents in departments such as the Office of Research and Innovation Services (ORIS) and the Entrepreneurship, Practice and Innovation Centre (EPIC).
Azzier is computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), used by the Facility Services, that centralizes maintenance information and facilitates the processes of maintenance operations.
AccessXpert and Andover are two distinct applications which manage door security on campus.
KeyWin is a key management system for physical key allotment. It has server boxes which hosts physical keys in buildings around campus.
ReadyTrak allows Chemical Control Staff to distribute, track and bill for chemicals to Faculties, Projects and Departments on Campus.
Honeywell Energy Management System is used to provide energy dashboards allowing facilities to monitor energy usage and gain a well-rounded, analytical view of energy consumption across the University.
Pitney Bowes system is used to add postage to mail and charge back the postage costs to departments.
SCLogic Package Tracking system is used by Facility Services and Residence Services to manage and track receiving and distribution of packages on campus.
Campus Camera Security System is monitored by Campus Community Police. They are located across the campus.
Used by Food Services, EventWorX provides event management along with catering and online ordering and allows for the assigning of event halls, scheduling events, creating food menus, billing patrons/departments and creating financial reporting for finance.
The University of Windsor parking systems include both the AIMS and Zeag systems. Together, these systems are used to monitor and control access to parking throughout the university campus sites.
Resolver Dispatch System allows Campus Police to log and monitor incidents. This incident management system allows reporting as well.
Cognos is a reporting tool used by Institutional Analysis to create projection data models for its student enrollment projections.
Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application. It is used to design and generate reports from a wide range of data sources.
Microsoft Power Automate, formerly Microsoft Flow, is a service that allows to create automated workflows between apps and services to synchronize files, get notifications, collect data, and more. IT Services utilizes Microsoft’s Power Automate workflow engine to automate the processing of various tasks.
Microsoft Power BI is an interactive data visualization reporting solution with a main focus on business intelligence (BI), as a part of the Microsoft Power Platform.
LAW EZProxy is a proxy server that used to facilitate off-campus access to the databases, e-journals and other electronic resources that the LAW Library has subscribed to.
The Clinical Evaluations tool (also known as "Digital CPE"), used by the Faculty of Nursing, allows Nursing students and Clinical Instructors to document and evaluate the clinical performance of students during their practical clinical placements.
This system collects video and gradings/comments of student performance during simulations.
Titanium software is used by Student Health Services office. It is used by Student Advisors, office staff to manage advising related information. Appointment scheduling and counseling record management is the primary purpose of the system.
