To support University of Windsor website, I.T. Services maintains a content management system (CMS) powered by Drupal. A CMS is a computer application that allows publishing, editing, modifying, organizing, deleting, and maintaining content from a central interface.
I.T. Services provides assistance to faculty and staff experiencing hardware problems with their work devices, or wanting to upgrade or dispose their devices.
UWinsite Finance is the University of Windsor’s financial information system. Do not open a ticket here if the issue is regarding student financials. Tickets for this should be submitted under UWinsite Student.

TeamDynamix (TDX) app is used by I.T. Services, Finance and a few other departments for project management, asset management, and issue/request tracking through tickets submitted by faculty, staff and students on this self-service portal.
Brightspace is the new Learning Management System (LMS) that the University of Windsor implemented campus-wide in January 2023 and replaced Blackboard Learn.
CuMA is a curriculum mapping tool that also serves as an archive of all Senate-approved learning outcomes at the University of Windsor. CuMA allows you to create or revise course and program learning outcomes for submission to PDC, build curriculum maps to visualize how courses align to program outcomes, and export your curriculum-related data to Excel for further analysis.
CuMA is available online at: https://ctl2.uwindsor.ca/cuma/ . A UWin ID is required in order to sign in.
UWinsite Student is the University of Windsor’s student information platform that performs many functions including admissions, enrollment, class scheduling, academic advising, grading, financial management and more. It is used by applicants, students, alumni, faculty and staff. Our system is built on Campus Solutions, an Oracle PeopleSoft product used at post-secondary institutions across North America and beyond.
Gradeflow allows instructors to transfer grades from Brightspace to UWinsite Student.
UWinsite Service is a service platform to help address applicants’ and students’ questions about UWindsor.
Microsoft Exchange Online is a cloud-basedmessaging solution that delivers e-mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks from PCs, the web, and mobile devices. This service is hosted on Microsoft Exchange Online servers that are housed in Microsoft datacenters in Toronto and Quebec City (Microsoft Cloud) and are accessible to users on a wide range of devices from inside University's campus wired and wireless networks and over the Internet.
LAW EZProxy is a proxy server that used to facilitate off-campus access to the databases, e-journals and other electronic resources that the LAW Library has subscribed to.
A listing of University classrooms including pictures and details on seating capacity, lighting, audio-visual equipment, and more.
Media Valet is the digital asset management platform for video and photography assets for the University of Windsor to be accessed by designated campus members and other key stakeholders for use in both print and digital communications. The platform is managed by the Office of Enrolment Management.
GoPrint pay-per-use printing stations are available in public areas, such as Leddy Library and selected computer labs on campus. This service is accessed with your UWin Card.
IT Services uses the Software Depot website to resell IBM SPSS / AMOS 31 to students.
Read&Write is a suite of software tools designed to assist in the areas of research, studying, and of course, reading and writing. It can also function as a screen reader.
The PAC team is available to assist you with news articles, communications plans, event AV support, graphic design, media relations and training, press releases, paid marketing plans, photography, videography, and social media. Please complete a media/communications service ticket.

The Accessible Information Management (AIM) is an online application for students and faculty that provides a myriad of functions related to the Office of Disability Services, including processing accommodations requests and renewals, and scheduling and approving exams with the Testing Center.
University classrooms are equipped with audio-visual equipment to assist instructors with the delivery of academic materials. Faculty, staff and students can order equipment for their class or event to fulfill AV requirements for rooms without integrated media systems.
All UWindsor travellers are required to register their international travel on the Travel Registration system. This includes travel to the U.S.A as well as academic staff member international travel related to research, teaching and study leaves. KeyWin is a key management system for physical key allotment. It has server boxes which hosts physical keys in buildings around campus.
