New service to capture research data requirements


YuJa is a robust video enterprise platform that the University of Windsor has licensed for all campus users as of May 2021.


The Clinical Evaluations tool (also known as "Digital CPE"), used by the Faculty of Nursing, allows Nursing students and Clinical Instructors to document and evaluate the clinical performance of students during their practical clinical placements.


Room / Resource Scheduling system used by Faculty of Law. Faculty/Staff can request to book rooms or equipment's within Faculty of Law.


ReadyTrak allows Chemical Control Staff to distribute, track and bill for chemicals to Faculties, Projects and Departments on Campus.


Microsoft Power Automate, formerly Microsoft Flow, is a service that allows to create automated workflows between apps and services to synchronize files, get notifications, collect data, and more. IT Services utilizes Microsoft’s Power Automate workflow engine to automate the processing of various tasks.


I.T. Services provides assistance with printing issues.


Microsoft Active Directory (AD) is a legacy Microsoft directory that stores information about members of the domain, including devices and users, verifies their credentials and defines their access rights. Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory or AAD) is a modern cloud-based identity and access management solution that also provides a foundation for device management solution called Intune. During the transition period, both directories are co-existing and are working together in our hybrid AD environment.


Pitney Bowes system is used to add postage to mail and charge back the postage costs to departments.


Isilon NAS (Network Attached Storage) provides file sharing services seamlessly integrating Windows and Unix file systems. It allows PC users to access files stored on Unix servers, such as ADMIN1.


Delinea Platform is a set of cloud-based services that deliver PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions including storage and rotation of passwords, and remote access management to servers and Web portals.


University classrooms are equipped with audio-visual equipment to assist instructors with the delivery of academic materials. Faculty, staff and students can order equipment for their class or event to fulfill AV requirements for rooms without integrated media systems.


Facility Services can assist you with your interior signage needs.


The Scantron software and hardware is used for computerized test scoring. Instead of filling out a paper form at the Print Shop, an on-line service request form must be filled out prior to coming to submit your package. Please record the ticket ID that is assigned to the request on the envelope that you submit as well as for your personal records.


The PAC team is available to assist you with news articles, communications plans, event AV support, graphic design, media relations and training, press releases, paid marketing plans, photography, videography, social media, and web services.


UWinsite Student is the University of Windsor’s student information platform that performs many functions including admissions, enrollment, class scheduling, academic advising, grading, financial management and more. It is used by applicants, students, alumni, faculty and staff.  Our system is built on Campus Solutions, an Oracle PeopleSoft product used at post-secondary institutions across North America and beyond.


Parking Services offers permits for parking spaces in several locations on our main campus as well as downtown campus.


Create and submit a construction project proposal or request information such as cost estimates or floor plans.


IT Services uses the Software Depot website to resell IBM SPSS / AMOS 30 to students.
