EPP PORTAL is available for new activation and upgrade requests for the employee and their family.  Every organization has a custom login/password, which you can access by way of if you do not have that information already.  Kelcom has a team available from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to assist in processing requests during this time.

Kelcom offers 45 minute one-on-one sessions to assist you in familiarizing yourself with your mobile device. For more information go to
