EPP PORTAL is available for new activation and upgrade requests for the employee and their family.  Every organization has a custom login/password, which you can access by way of eppcontact@kelcom.com if you do not have that information already.  Kelcom has a team available from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to assist in processing requests during this time.

If you need assistance with setting up your e-mail or other mobile applications on your smartphone, click on the Open Ticket button on the right to will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
