Microsoft 365 - Portal & Apps

I.T. Services provides full support for these MS Office 365 productivity apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Visio, Project, Publisher. Older versions of Office and MS Access are not supported.

Microsoft 365 - E-mail & Calendar

Microsoft Office 365 is a productivity, collaboration, and messaging platform. All faculty, staff and students are required to use University e-mail account for all official University business/school related correspondence. Students will be migrated from UWin Gmail to Office 365 / Outlook by Sept 2020.

Microsoft 365 - Room & Equipment Reservations

Ability to reserve rooms and equipment, such as projectors, laptops, inside Outlook and Outlook Online

Microsoft 365 - OneDrive

OneDrive is a file hosting and sharing service in Microsoft Cloud that is included in Office 365 suite of applications available to University of Windsor faculty, staff, and students. The current storage limit for OneDrive users is 1 TB.

Microsoft 365 - Teams & SharePoint Sites Favorite Service

Microsoft Teams is a collaboration platform that combines workplace instant messaging, online meetings, notes, and files. It is built on existing Microsoft technologies like Skype and SharePoint woven together by Office 365 Groups.

Microsoft 365 - Bookings

Microsoft Bookings is an application that allows people to make and manage appointments. For example, office hours, consultations or service visits. It is available to all faculty and staff, but requires some initial setup.

Microsoft 365 - MyAnalytics

MyAnalytics is an extension of the Office 365 user experience. It uses everyday data that is already available in Office 365 to produce insights and suggestions that will help you achieve balance and better make use of your time. It aims to identify and improve work patterns by looking at how time is spent and who they spend it with.

Microsoft 365 - Stream

Microsoft Stream is the video storage and streaming service, similar to YouTube, that is part of University's Office 365 subscription.
