This group calendar feature of Exchange Online and Outlook allows users to reserve resources, such as conference rooms and audio-visual equipment. For example, you can look up the availability and reserve a conference room when you are scheduling a meeting. Designated resource coordinators can also reserve a rooms or resources directly on the group calendar without having to create a meeting invitations.

This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk.
