The Leddy Library is the main Library for the University of Windsor campus. It offers a range of services to faculty, staff and students that are supported by the Library's Systems staff.
Library Systems
The Leddy Library has two main systems: Alma and Primo. Ex Libris Alma supports the entire suite of Leddy Library operations—selection, acquisition, metadata management, digitization, and fulfillment—for the full spectrum of library materials, regardless of format or location. Ex Libris Primo empowers library to shape the discovery experience, providing students, faculty and staff an intuitive, with the ability to search the entire University of Windsor Libraries collection: print, electronic and digital. Other Library Resources include EzProxy/eResources Access, Omni, Scholar's Portal, UWindsor Scholar and Leganto (Course Reserves).

To request assistance with Primo or Alma Systems related issues, please click Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
