Public Digital Displays

There are about 30 digital displays that are installed in a several public locations on campus. Owner/administrators of each display can define and assign content that can appear on displays, add new content sources, create and view playlists, and under certain situations broadcast messages. Broadcasting messages however is designed to be used in special circumstances such as an emergency. Managing content of a public display is typically performed by the departmental IPer (Content Provider). Drupal CMS is used to create and/or modify content and to determine when content will be displayed.
