UWinsite Engage

As part of the University of Windsor’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, UWinsite Engage is a marketing automation platform that enables sophisticated e-mail marketing, advanced segmentation, forms, event registration, and digital body language tracking. ​

UWinsite Engage is designed to be used by the campus community to deliver relevant and timely communications to UWindsor’s constituents from their first contact with the University as prospective students through their ongoing engagement with their alma mater as proud alumni.

Introduced in summer 2018, UWinsite Engage is initially being deployed in Alumni & Donor Communications, Marketing and Recruitment. Other areas on campus are invited to use UWinsite Engage by submitting their request for an email campaign at least 10 business days in advance of when it is required. Frequent users of the platform may also request access to the platform.

Requesting Assistance

To request assistance with UWinsite Engage related inquiries outlined below, please click on the Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.

  • Report an issue
  • Enhancement request
  • New user access request (see section below)
  • Modify existing user access
  • Campaign asset request
  • Multi-step campaign request

Requesting Access

New employees, staff who have changed positions or those requesting a modification to their current access to UWinsite Engage can submit their request by opening a ticket. Each ticket must have a completed authorization form attached to ensure processing is complete (see Files section on the right). Processing of this request may take 3 to 5 business days.

Before you proceed to open a ticket:  

  • Print, complete and sign the form provided on this page (see Files section on the right);
  • Get signed authorization by your immediate supervisor, department head or Dean;
  • Scan and save as PDF file.

Once that part is completed, please proceed to open a ticket and upload the completed form to this ticket.
