Qualtrics - Survey Software


Self enrollment has been disabled in Qualtrics to attach additional governance and auditing to the process.

Please open a ticket here Service - Qualtrics Surveys (teamdynamix.com) to request a new account.

Once your account has been created, you will go to uwindsor.qualtrics.com to log in (do not go to the generic log in page at www.qualtrics.com.  Accounts created there are not under the University's account and we have no control over them). 

We recommend that you take an online tutorial on getting started.



In the interim, current users of Fluid Surveys are being asked to take steps to save data collected and stored in their Fluid Surveys accounts.   When University access to Fluid Surveys expires, users will lose any existing surveys, including all data saved from previous respondents.

Users wishing to retain data must export surveys and responses before they are permanently lost.

To export Fluid Surveys surveys as either Word doc or PDF, see: Exporting of Printing Your Survey.

To export Fluid Surveys responses in a variety of formats, see: Exporting your Responses.

To export a .csv file of your contacts from Fluid Surveys:

1.     Select Contacts from the Tools drop down in upper left toolbar of your FluidSurveys account.

2.     Select All Contacts up the upper left corner of the contacts page. Make sure all contacts are selected.

3.     Select Export Selected Contact(s) from the Actions menu in the upper right corner. This will export a .csv file containing all of your contacts.
