ConnectWise Control Client software is being installed on every University owned workstation. It allows IT Services staff to remotely connect to University workstations for the purpose of troubleshooting, software installation, etc. To install ConnectWise Control Client software, download the installation file attached ot this article and run it on the workstation.
Each time IT Staff member attempts remote connection, a message is displayed on the remote workstation and the user of the workstation has to grant an explicit consent for the connection to take place.
