Some users reported that when accessing Security Info section on myprofile.microsoft.com to configure or update MFA authentication methods, an error message is displayed that says "An unexpected error has occurred." This seems to be affecting only some users of the Safari browser on macOS devices. We are currently investigating this issue and do not yet have a solution for it.
As a workaround, please try using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox to access this site. If this does not work, please try to configure your Security Info options on a Windows-based computer.
