How to approve an Expense Report?

APPROVING AN EXPENSE REPORT:
1. From the Home Screen, click on Expenses
2 .Expense Reports requiring approval will appear in the Approvals tab
3. Click on the Approvals tab to see the list of Expense Reports
4. Click on the individual Expense Report to see the submitted report in a new window
5. You will see all the expense items listed by type with supporting attachments
6. Clicking on an Expense Report will open all the details for that line item including attachments
7. Click on the (+) plus sign next to the comments section if you need to add any comments
8. If you are not satisfied with the report, click Reject and ensure you add Comments for the sender
9. Once you are satisfied with the report, click Approve
