VMware is a virtualization platform that makes it possible to partition a single physical server into multiple virtual machines. Most of the University servers currently run as Virtual Machines (VMs) in our centralised VMware Virtual Environment.

To request assistance with VMware related issues listed below, please click the Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
