The UWinCARD is the University of Windsor photo identification card used by staff, faculty, and students. It is used to access the Toldo Lancer Centre as well as other doors on campus, the university meal plan.

Electronic Research Services Office (eRSO)
The Electronic Research Services Office software (eRSO) is being used by the Office of Research and Innovation Services (ORIS), Research Ethics Board (REB), Animal Care Committee (ACC), and Chemical Control Centre (CCC) to manage their daily work.

The Accessible Information Management (AIM) is an online application for students and faculty that provides a myriad of functions related to the Office of Disability Services, including processing accommodations requests and renewals, and scheduling and approving exams with the Testing Center.

Media Valet is the digital asset management platform for video and photography assets for the University of Windsor to be accessed by designated campus members and other key stakeholders for use in both print and digital communications. The platform is managed by the Office of Enrolment Management.

All buildings on campus are connected to the University's wired network. Network jacks are generally available in all offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, lecture halls, labs, as well in some public areas (hallways, open space, etc.). Wireless (WiFi) network access is available throughout the University campus, and selected off-campus locations.

Microsoft Exchange Online is a cloud-basedmessaging solution that delivers e-mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks from PCs, the web, and mobile devices. This service is hosted on Microsoft Exchange Online servers that are housed in Microsoft datacenters in Toronto and Quebec City (Microsoft Cloud) and are accessible to users on a wide range of devices from inside University's campus wired and wireless networks and over the Internet.

A Listserv is a method of communicating with a group of people via e-mail.

Requests for space are facilitated by submitting a ticket. Your request will be reviewed by Space Planning Staff for completeness, and if required, approved by the Space Planning Committee if applicable.

GoPrint pay-per-use printing stations are available in public areas, such as Leddy Library and selected computer labs on campus. This service is accessed with your UWin Card.
