Computer Redeployment & New Computer Setup

I.T. Services provides assistance with the process of redeploying and first time setup of a new computer (desktops and laptops).

Devices that are redeployed are automatically wiped of all data and then configured for the new user. For a list of the standard and optional applications, please see this knowledge base article.

It is strongly recommended that new device procurement be done through Dell via the articles linked on the left. These will aid in picking a new device that fits your needs and walks you through the purchasing process. 

Please note: Our standard time frame for a device setup/re-setup is 5 business days after receiving the device. Please plan accordingly with this information

To request assistance with procuring and setting up your new office desktop or mobile workstation, please click on Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions
