General Software Support

I.T. Services cannot provide a high level of support on all software used on campus. I.T. Services is dedicated to providing the highest level of support possible for packages that are selected for full support. The selection of packages and the level of support given each package are determined by perceived demand, support available for similar packages, knowledge of staff, and the time required (and available) to learn the packages.

Downloading Software

Faculty and staff can obtain software from our SoftwareDepot site.

Software Installation

I.T. Services offers support for installation of all software, but the degree of support for the software varies with individual packages. For example, full support is available for the latest version of Microsoft Office.

To request assistance with other software packages, please click on Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
