In the event that you forget your UWin Account password, answering three security questions will enable you to reset your password online.
To take advantage of this feature, you must first configure your Security Questions:
- Go to account.uwindsor.ca.
- Sign in with your UWin ID and Password
- In the left navigation, click the Security Questions link.
- Choose your questions, and provide an answer to each one of them.
- Click the Submit button when finished to save your Security Questions.
Now, you can reset your password any time from any device connected to the Internet using account.uwindsor.ca.
Please note that if you are unsure if your Security Questions are configured, or do not remember the questions and answers you selected, you can also use account.uwindsor.ca to check them.
