What do I do if I forgot my UWin Account password?

In the event that you have forgotten your UWin Account password, you can reset it using one of these three options:

  1. Click here to reset your password by providing answers to three security questions. Note that if you do not remember correct answers to these questions, or if you have not configured your security questions, you will not be able to use this self-service option to reset your forgotten password.

  2. Click here to reset your password by providing your Student Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). This self-service option is available to students and applicants only.

  3. Contact our Service Desk at 519-253-3000x4440

Please note that for security reasons, your UWin Account will be automatically locked following five unsuccessful sign-in attempts in five minutes. You will need to wait ten minutes, before you can re-attempt the sign-in process. This measure was implemented to protect your UWin Account from malicious attacks and attempts by others to guess your password.
