myUWinfo is the University of Windsor’s employee gateway to Human Resources information system. It provides the following features:

  • View and print current and historical pay statements
  • View and print current (when available) and historical T4 and T4A slips for income tax purposes
  • Update your address, phone and emergency contact information
  • Review your current and historical employment history
  • View benefit overages and beneficiary information
  • View pension information
  • View your online training history and access the Required Training site
  • View your Professional Development history and upcoming sessions
  • Access links to such application sites as the tuition remission and UWINCARD sites

There are also links to employment information you need such as benefit booklets, collective agreements, available online software training, and much more. Many other useful features are planned for the site and you will be notified as they become available.

University employees formerly receiving payroll statements via email now have to log into myUWinfo Human Resources Portal to access that information (Note: there is an exemption for CAW 1001 members). All current employees have been migrated to this portal. New hires will also be placed onto the portal once they have a UWINID, they will automatically have access to myUWinfo.   

Employees should use their UWin ID to sign in. However, this portal can have a separate password from your UWinID for various reasons. If you are having problems logging in with your UWinID password you should open a ticket with our Service Desk.

To request assistance with any myUWinfo related issues, please click on the Open Ticket button on the right. This will bring up a form that you will need to fill-out and submit to open a support ticket with the I.T. Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket reference number and additional instructions.
