IBM Notes & Domino

IBM Lotus Notes and Domino Designer are legacy tools that were used by faculty and staff for e-mail, web publishing, and collaboration. In 2015, Microsoft Office 365 was implemented as a new e-mail system for faculty. Content of all active Lotus Notes mailboxes (e-mails, calendar entries and contacts) was migrated to Office 365 Exchange Online mailboxes that can be accessed using Outlook app. At this time, Lotus Notes and Domino Designer are only being used to access and maintain the following legacy applications:

  • Notes-based websites that have not yet been migrated to Drupal, such as older academic calendars
  • HR ARAC forms
  • Faculty Recruitment PCEE forms
