Microsoft One Drive is a cloud based file storage service offered through Microsoft 365 and managed by IT Services. This service is available to all faculty, staff and students and several other UWin Account types with Microsoft 365 A3 license. It is not available to alumni.
The current file storage limit is 1 terabyte (TB) per user, except for retirees who get 100 megabytes (MB). You are responsible for managing your allocated space accordingly. There are two different ways that you can check your space usage on your OneDrive.
